Quinn Rodriguez founded Quinn Rodriguez Law PLLC with a straightforward mission: to give every client the kind of aggressive, honest, and hands-on representation they deserve. Before becoming a defense attorney, Quinn served as a police officer and later as an Assistant District Attorney in Rutherford County. That firsthand experience on every side of the criminal justice system gives him a distinct advantage in defending his clients today.

Having sat in the prosecutor's chair, Quinn understands exactly how the State builds its case — what evidence they rely on, what weaknesses they try to hide, and what strategies they use in the courtroom. He uses that knowledge to dismantle the prosecution's arguments, find holes in their evidence, and fight relentlessly for the best possible outcome for every client.

Quinn earned his Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law and is admitted to the Tennessee State Bar. His practice spans criminal defense, DUI defense, personal injury, family law, and orders of protection. He is known for being accessible, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile — whether that means taking a call at midnight or spending weeks preparing for trial.

Outside the courtroom, Quinn is active in the Murfreesboro community. He believes that everyone — regardless of their background or what they've been accused of — deserves a fair shot and a lawyer who will actually fight for them.
